Each of them integrates reflection, and practical tools to walk with you, step by step. If you prefer to learn in a guided manner with clear themes and weekly highlight points, these programs are a powerful way of starting or ongoing your development.

Trauma - informed

This is a loving, safe space where your story is held with compassion. I am a trauma-informed coach who approaches you gently, honoring what you carry while using your healing and growth on a timeline that feels right for you. If you are recovering from old wounds or rebuilding your capacity to trust yourself, you don't have to do this by yourself.

Packages

These coaching packages are for you if you are looking for personal guidance that meets you where you are at. If you are navigating through emotional pain, identity questions, or a need to grow, every package offers frequent one-on-one coaching tailored to your pace and specific needs. It is your space to be heard, cared for, and lovingly provoked, without pressure, but with compassion.
