Returns & Refunds policy

At Germine Coaching, I am committed to offering thoughtful, healing-centered services and digital content. Please read the policy below carefully before making a purchase.

1. Coaching Programs & Sessions
Because coaching is a personal and time-based service, all one-on-one sessions and programs are non-refundable once the session has been delivered or the program has started.

If you need to reschedule a session, you may do so with at least 48 hours’ notice, and I will do my best to accommodate your new availability. Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

If you purchase a multi-session program and feel that it is not a good fit after the first session, you may request a partial refund for the unused portion within 48 hours of that first session. No refunds will be issued beyond that point.

2. Digital Products (E-books, Courses, Audio/Video Content)
All digital products are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access and delivery. This includes:

  • E-books

  • Pre-recorded classes or webinars

  • Downloadable audio/video content

  • Self-paced programs

If you experience any technical issues accessing your content, please reach out, and I will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

3. Dance Classes (Pre-recorded or Live Online)
Live or recorded dance classes are non
refundable once access is provided. If you book a live class and cannot attend, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to request a possible reschedule. Refunds will not be issued for missed classes.

4. Exceptions & Support
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you are facing a serious situation or feel your request deserves special consideration, please reach out to me directly. I care about each person I work with and will handle every request with compassion and fairness.
